It has just been announced that West End royalty, Kerry Ellis, is returning to the role of Elphaba in the West End production of Wicked. For 12 weeks this summer, Ellis will replace Willemijn Verkaik who has been forced to bow out due to injury.

She will be back as our favourite green witch from 4th August, before Nikki Davis-Jones takes over in the planned cast change on 25th October.

We wish Verkaik all the best with her recovery.
