Initial casting has been announced for Jamie Lloyd’s Assassins at the Menier Chocolate Factory. Actress and comedian Catherine Tate will be leading the cast until 8 February, with her replacement for the the final month yet to be announced. She is joined in the cast by Carly Bawden (My Fair Lady, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg), Simon Lipkin (Rock of Ages, I Can’t Sing!), Mike McShane (Little Shop of Horrors, La Cage Aux Folles), Andy Nyman (Abigail’s Party, Terrible Advice) and David Roberts (Ghost the Musical, Mamma Mia!). The full casting is to be announced.
